Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Should you have a problem with your order, please call or e-mail us to request a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and a return authorization number.

Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for putchase within 7 to 14 days of us receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. For the most part, we do not credit your shipping costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail or postal mail. If you have any questions, please call us toll free at 877-929-7044, M-S 10am to 5pm , or Sunday 11am to 4pm (EST).
Artwork Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork, call us toll-free at 877-929-7044 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
Payment Types
BuyVermontArt.com accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards through our secure shopping cart. (See Security, above, for more information about secure shopping on BuyVermontArt.com.)
Shipping
Shipping charges are determined by size, weight and insurable value of the product and may be found in the pop-up window of the individual product. Posted prices are for Continental United States only. For shipping charges outside the Continental United States, contact us via e-mail at Service@BuyVermontArt.com or phone, (802) 257-7044.
Orders will be sent fully insured via United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). They are sent via standard ground service.
Sales tax is added to orders shipped to Vermont locations.

Take Exit 1, 2 or 3 off I-91 to Main Street , Brattleboro , Vermont . From Exit 1, follow Canal Street to Main Street .
From Exit 2, go to Main Street and turn right. We're at the end of the first block on the right. From Exit 3, take Route 5 south to Main Street .
We're at 106 Main St. next to Chittenden Bank. Parking within short walking distance is available on Main Street and also in parking lots directly
behind the store and in the town's parking garage on Elliot Street.
