Philip Holmes Morgan, a former National Park Ranger, has specialized in carving realistic bird sculptures since 1975. His work is sold and collected across the country.

In the past few years, he has begun to carve and paint back scratchers using a variety of bird heads as the "scratcher." They make a great gift for bird-lovers!

Born and raised in New England , Phil grew up on a small Connecticut farm where his love for the natural world and our feathered friends grew. After a stint in the western U.S. as a park ranger, he returned to a small village in Vermont where he and his family reside today.
